Liberation, or “Mukti,” is a primary goal of yoga. But what does it truly mean, and how can we integrate the spiritual insights of the yogic path into our daily lives? This Jivamukti session offers an opportunity to explore your potential for overcoming mental and physical challenges, both on and off the mat. The session begins with an introduction to the Eightfold Path of Buddhism, followed by a dynamic asana sequence set to contemporary music, and concludes with guided contemplation. The workshop is open to practitioners of all levels.
